Daniel, the first adopter, is converting a 1991 Nissan NX. He has laser cut an adapter plate to fit the Leaf motor to a 6-speed gearbox, and he’s using a 30kWh batterypack.

Matthew has converted a BMW 2002e. He built a polycarbonate cover for the PDM and splitted the 24 cell pack into two. A lot of work, regarding battery safety has been put into this project.

Roy has converted a Polaris 6x6 Ranger to electric. With a six-wheel drive it goes from 0 to 23 MPH in 1 second. Wild?! Later he decided to tune down the torque a bit.

G00se78 is converting a 1978 Land Rover Series III. To fit the batterypack he has divided it into three different enclosures. He estimates that the total cost will be well below £10k.

Windraver has converted a 1986 Honda CRX. He has built custom connectors in order to fit the PDM, inverter and motor under the hood. Oh and he is using a 40kWh batterypack!

Jimmy has converted a Toyota Land Cruiser FZJ80. It has 1300 watts of solar panels on the roof. He spent less than $5 on charging during a week of driving in the city of Moab.
